Laguna Niguel is a bit inland from the beaches, but due to the proximity to the ocean the temperatures are cooler than places such as Mission Viejo or Ladera Ranch. Some homes sitting on Laguna Niguels rolling hills offer ocean views over Dana Point and Laguna Beach.
